The original home was built in the 1950s. The new owners’ need for space but desire to preserve its unique features like the Art Deco bathroom led to their engagement of Design Associates to manage the remodel.
Description: The designers removed a wall to open up the dining room to the spacious living room, creating the ability to enjoy spectacular views of the lake while dining. Description: A cozy conversation area was created in front of the existing fireplace and given warmth by a collection of Navajo rugs.
